This is a good book that guides you to ubderstand a basic ideas of what Sirtfood is. It also gives a good diet menus. I highly recommend someone who wants to live longer and healthier, and you will be beautiful inside and outside by Sirtfood. Since I did try Sirtfood in everyday meal, I never get hungry. Sirtfood suppresses my appetite even I eat normal amount!!!
